You know, I really like this. People be goin’ on about how ‘strong female characters’ are strong when they’re not feminine. It’s good to see someone who has been presented as a brave warrior representing her island and helping people also affirm the fact that she’s a girl, and has feelings and traits a girl would have.
I’d rather have a young girl who decided to become a warrior but still have the emotions of a 15 year old girl fancying her first kiss after meeting him again after a few months than “General Gunns McBadass w/breasts”.
